Prospect House

We’re not building boxes for people to live in for 20 to 30 years, we’re creating pieces of architecture that are going to define the landscape and be handed down through generations.

That mantra is also relevant to the many restoration projects we have attended, few finer than this large family property near Evesham. Formerly home to a school master whose seat of learning was next door, we went back to bare brick, turned two into one, built three more in the grounds – utilising a dilapidated stable block for one of the dwellings – and breathed new life into a granary.

The result was a classic house with homes for other families, too, a shared experience, conveniently close to the West Midlands, but offering the seclusion we all enjoy as a choice.
