Brockeridge Park

We liked this former dairy farm so much we moved into it – so welcome to our home, and those of other businesses who share in its convenient pleasures.

Its location, location, location is one stand-out virtue, for you can glide off Junction 1 of the M50 and more or less coast into our offices. Then there is the visceral pleasure of working in buildings which have that cosy, former-farm feel, but involve ergonomically-designed work spaces complete with future-proof technology.

In essence, we plagiarised the style and footprint of the farm’s original brick barn and made four matching courtyards of offices, true to the exterior of the original right down to the clay-tile roofs. Outside, beyond the flower borders and car parks, we introduced a sustainable urban drainage system that can handle copies amounts of rainwater before filtering it into the local water course via ponds that are a haven for wildlife.

Twelve different companies are in residence, but that number could rise once we have completed another two courtyards in an adjacent plot (see Current Projects).
